* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Smith Road threatened in Tiffany. Portions
of Sweet Allyn Park in Shopiere inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 5:00 AM CDT Saturday was 8.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 9.3 feet this morning. It
will then fall this morning. It will rise to 8.5 feet this
evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
morning.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

Information:

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.
