...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL FAILURE OF HESPERIA DAM ON THE WHITE RIVER NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure continues to be possible at the Hesperia Dam. * WHERE...A portion of west central Michigan, including the following county, Oceana. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of heavy rain fell last night across the White River watershed, which has resulted in additional water coming down the river.
