...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL FAILURE OF HESPERIA DAM ON THE WHITE RIVER NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure
continues to be possible at the Hesperia Dam.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Michigan, including the
following county, Oceana.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
areas below the dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Another round of heavy rain fell last night across the White
River watershed, which has resulted in additional water
coming down the river. Very high flows continue at Hesperia
Dam, and will continue through the weekend.

Information:
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

Dam safety experts with state and local emergency services are
monitoring the dam and will issue a public statement as conditions
