Portage River near Vicksburg affecting Kalamazoo County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Portage River near Vicksburg. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Expect overflows into wooded areas, yards, a few outbuildings, and farmland adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 5.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 4.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
