Dakota...Minnesota...

Red River of the North at Oslo affecting Walsh, Grand Forks,
Marshall and Polk Counties.

Red River of the North at East Grand Forks affecting Grand Forks
and Polk Counties.

Red River of the North at Drayton affecting Walsh, Pembina,
Marshall and Kittson Counties.

Red Lake River at Crookston affecting Polk County.

Two Rivers River near Hallock affecting Kittson County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River of the North at Drayton.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 25.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Thursday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 35.7
feet Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
