This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zone 123) for Monday from Noon to 7 PM MDT and Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph today. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
