Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches. * WHERE...Southern Erie and Crawford counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized tree damage and power outages are possible due to the combined weight of wet snow accumulations and leaves remaining on the trees. Snowfall rates within the strongest bands may reach 1 to 2 inches per hour.
