...WINDY AND BREEZY WITH CRITICAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY TODAY...

An upper level low will eject into the region bringing windy
conditions to many of the Cascade Gaps as well as central OR.
Humidities will be critical.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 690 Kittitas Valley, 691
Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, 691 Lower Columbia Basin of
Washington, 697 Central Blue Mountains and 704 Northern
Deschutes National Forest.

* TIMING...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
