* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 10 to 15 ft. For the
Gale Warning, east winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt
and seas 9 to 13 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM AKST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 6 AM
AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
