* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 25 to 35 kt
and seas 13 to 16 ft. For the Gale Warning, west winds 30 to
35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 22 to 27 ft expected.

* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM AKST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM
AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
