* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 25 to 35 kt
with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft. For the Gale
Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
seas 20 to 25 ft expected.

* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM and Cape
Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM AKST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 6 AM
AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
