* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts
up to 45 kt and seas 19 to 24 ft. For the Small Craft
Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
seas 18 to 22 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer from 15 to 80 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until midnight AKST tonight. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from midnight tonight to 6 AM AKST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
