* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Pohnpei Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 3 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A longer period north swell will continue
to build and combined seas will reach around 10 feet starting
today. Conditions will remain elevated through at least early
Sunday.

Information: 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
