...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CHST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to around 30 kt and
seas 6 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Kosrae Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Latest scatterometry pass that was just
east of Kosrae showed sustained winds around 20 knots with a
pocket of locally higher winds, indicating these winds are likely
also impacting the coastal waters of Kosrae.

Information: 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
