...DENSE FOG TO AFFECT THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH AT LEAST MONDAY MORNING... Mariners should be prepared for abrupt visibility under one nautical mile as a blanket of fog is covering almost the entirety of the coastal waters. Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks and other vessels, including large ships in the shipping lanes. Use radar or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor if such equipment is unavailable. Conditions are anticipated to improve Monday morning, but the fog may linger later into the early afternoon.
