* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 10 ft. For the
Gale Warning, southwest winds 30 to 40 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Flattery to Cape Shoalwater
out to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT this
morning. For the Gale Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 2 AM
PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information: 
A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
