Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches causing sporadic power outages. Periods of blowing snow will be possible causing reductions in visibility.
