* WHERE...Along and west of the Blue Ridge for portions of northwest
North Carolina, southwest Virginia, and southeast West Virginia.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down that may result in isolated power
outages.
