* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
expected. Strongest winds occurring between 8 PM to 5 AM.

* WHERE...Schweitzer Mountain Road, Dobson Pass, Republic, Chewelah,
Priest River, Wauconda, Springdale-Hunters Road, St. Maries,
Orin-Rice Road, Deer Park, Metaline, Bonners Ferry, Clark Fork,
Boulder Creek Road, Highway 20 Wauconda Summit, Metaline Falls,
Pinehurst, Inchelium, Northport, Flowery Trail Road, Eastport,
Lookout Pass, Osburn, Kellogg, Tiger, Fernwood, Mullan, Chesaw
Road, Kettle Falls, Wallace, Athol, Colville, Fourth Of July Pass,
Ione, Sherman Pass, Fruitland, Newport, and Sandpoint.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
