Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous rain showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening. Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing heavy downpours, with rainfall rates reaching 1 to 2 inches per hour.
